hikaru_hime's icons. I try to be funny, but I'm really not. XD Anyway, I hope you find some 'cons to snatch.
Rules:
1. Comment! I like to know my work is somewhat appreciated. XD Okay, that's not really a rule. >>;
2. Credit! I don't care if you put 'tehiconz' in the Keyword or Comment area. Just credit me if you use my icons. Please. ;_;

1. Yes, you can edit any of my icons under the one rule that I am credited for the 'base' of it. Please credit me for the base of it. ;_;
2. Every anime I've made icons for are listed in my Interests below. If the anime you're looking for isn't listed, I have not made even one icon for it. Still, don't you want to check out what I have made? ^_~
3. I do take requests. Just reply to a post and ask! ^^ Note: It's helpful if you already have an image in mind for the icon.
